The Broadway Shopping Centre

A prominent town-centre setting for retailers, independent businesses and customer-facing services, The Broadway brings together characterful stone-fronted premises and a pedestrian-friendly shopping environment in the heart of Accrington. Situated opposite the Arndale Centre and close to the market, the centre offers a range of accommodation, from compact shop premises to larger trading spaces. Covered walkways, visible shopfronts and rear servicing areas support everyday trading, with additional upper-floor accommodation across parts of the scheme. Whether you’re launching something new, relocating or expanding, AGHA Group welcomes enquiries from businesses looking to become part of The Broadway. Retail, food and drink, services and other commercial uses can be considered, subject to suitability and any necessary consents.
