• Enquiry form — your name, email, optional phone number, the property and enquiry type you choose, your message and, for commercial lettings, any Tenant Care plan you select.
• Brochure downloads — your name, email, phone number and the property whose brochure you downloaded.
• Register your requirements — your name, email, phone, whether you want to rent or buy, property type, preferred areas, size, budget, timescale and any notes.
• Careers — applications are sent by email, so we receive whatever you include, such as your CV and contact details.

We also keep a record of when each enquiry was sent and how our team followed it up.

• Responding to your enquiry, arranging viewings and sending brochures — our legitimate interests in answering people who contact us, and taking steps at your request before entering into a contract (such as a tenancy, lease or sale).
• Matching you with suitable properties when you register your requirements — taking steps at your request before a contract, and our legitimate interests.
• Considering job applications — taking steps at your request before an employment contract, and our legitimate interests in recruiting.
• Keeping records and meeting legal obligations — legal obligation and legitimate interests.

We do not use your details for automated decision-making, and we do not sell your information.

We share information only with service providers who help us run the website and our business — for example website and database hosting and email delivery — and only so they can provide that service. We may also share information with professional advisers, or where the law requires it. We never sell personal information.
